Hushmail Service Updates

We’ll be performing routine system maintenance from 11:00 P.M. (Pacific Time) on Sunday, July 26, 2009 until 6:00 A.M. (Pacific Time) on Monday, July 27, 2009. During the maintenance window, there will be two brief periods of time where you may experience difficulty accessing your email account. We will make every effort to complete the maintenance as quickly as possible.

All Hush services are currently stable and fully operational.

On Thursday, July 23, between 6:30PM and 10:30PM PST  (Friday 01:30 and 05:00 UTC) we will be performing system maintenance.  During that time, there will be a single brief outage of less than five minutes during which users will be unable to log into their email accounts.

Some incoming email is currently being delayed. We are working to resolve the problem and hope to have it fixed as soon as possible.

Also, we are seeing some instances of mail to newly created email accounts being rejected with an error of either “User unknown” or “Email access denied”.  We are working to resolve this issue as well.
