Incoming email delivery is delayed

Problems with emails encrypted using a question & answer
July 25th, 2009 5:29 PM by TobyWe’re investigating reports that some people are experiencing a problem with our question & answer encryption feature. Instead of receiving an email with instructions showing how to read the secure message, recipients are seeing a block of encrypted text in a non-human readable format.
We’re working to resolve this as quickly as possible, and we’ll post an update to this website as soon as it is fixed.
Update: This has now been resolved. The problem started at 2:57 PM Pacific Time on Friday and lasted until 5:40 PM Pacific Time on Saturday. We’re truly sorry for any inconvenience caused by this situation. If you have any questions please feel free to contact our support team.
