On Wednesday, February 20th, 2008, a minor update was made to the Hushmail Key Server, as a follow-up to the update made on February 14th.

Beginning on Thursday, February 21st, 2008, the process of upgrading the Hush Encryption Engine from version 2.5 to version 3.0 will begin. In addition to some routine bug fixes and upgrades, this update will incorporate support for a number of new features related to Hushmail Express, which enables Hushmail customers to send encrypted emails to email addresses outside of the Hushmail system.

This update will be accomplished gradually, and we expect that it will complete approximately March 7th. There will be no interruption in service as a result of this update, and the user experience will not be affected.
